As Founder and Chairman of 3655, Incorporated Carter Schelling has worked as a Strategic Advisor to the owners of middle-market companies for 37 years.

Carter and his Executive Assistant of 35 years, Alycia Meldon, serve companies in ordinary industries which are dedicated to providing something extraordinary to their customers and employees. Many of our clients have been with us for 25 or more years.

Mr. Schelling has more experience with building a company on the "Best Customers First" than anyone else in the consulting world today.

We employ a number of brilliant free-lancers to provide the range of services required by our clients' Hero Customer Machines.
